vendor coordination

Pricing venues and outside vendors, keeping track of the scheduling and meetings, assisting with all vendor decisions, and ensuring vendors are up to date every step and in place on the wedding.

floral + Decor

Identifying areas of your venue to allot your budget toward floral enhancements vs. additional decor pieces, purchasing/renting floral, greenery, furniture, vases, candles, etc., scheduling delivery and logistics, and having everything in place at the event.

day of coordination

Our experienced staff will keep track of your wedding party whereabouts, ceremony processional, family picture line-up, and all the vendors and logistics throughout your reception until your getaway and the clean-up and breakdown is complete.
